Centaur Swap Gas Refund
We’ve seen huge support from the community for our very own AMM, the Centaur Swap. As you may have known, this AMM is 100% our innovation, we have spent huge efforts working out the equation for the curve to present a true single-sided AMM, mitigating the impermanent loss issue.
Just as we were done with 99% of the work, there was one hiccup that occurred. USDT has 6 decimals instead of the default 18 decimals for ERC20 tokens. We had conducted rigorous test on our mocked version of USDT(which has 18 decimals) but after transiting into a live environment, the user’s wallet USDT balance could not show up → TL;DR, we have to redeploy the contracts.
As such, we have re-dated the Centaur Swap launch to Friday, 16th April 2020. In the meantime, we have started processing the gas refund for V1 Centaur Swap for users who had:
- Provided liquidity to the Centaur Swap pools
- Staked their LP tokens into the Centaur Farms
These are the addresses identified and the refunds will be done by 15th April 2021.
On top of that, the addresses had been logged on our end, these addresses will be considered for future rewards multiplier in relation to our marketing campaigns like trading competitions and community airdrops. Don’t abandon your private keys for these wallets!
We are currently planning an airdrop campaigns with varied tiers, the qualifying criteria includes but not limited to the following:
- Participation in CNTR staking V1
- Participation in CNTR staking V2
- Participation in Uniswap CNTR-ETH pool LP token mining
- Participation in Unifarm
- Participation in Centaur-Elrond Launchpool
- Participation in Centaur Swap V1
- Participation in Centaur Swap Re-launch
