Sean:Hey everyone! Welcome to the AMA! As always, I’ll be dropping in some updates and taking questions as we go along so feel free to ask any questions!

So as you may have seen, we published the tech audit on Tuesday for Centaur Swap

I’m pleased to announce that the audit was concluded successfully and there were no major findings reflected on the technical side.

As part of the audit, we’re also adding some disclosures for certain functions used in Centaur Swap and it will be added to the documentation along with the audit report. Nothing major, just some clarifications on the inner workings of the smart contracts.

On the documentation and website revamp aspect, they are still proceeding as planned so we should be able to see the updated pages in a few weeks.

Once they are live, we’ll also be starting our community / bounty campaigns as discussed in last weeks AMA. For this, we’ll mostly be focusing on outreach, which would include things like translation and regional groups (if there is enough interest)

Lastly, regarding the AMAs, we’ll be switching to a bi-weekly (once every two weeks) structure as mentioned last week.

To help out with the community, Taylor will be focusing more on the Centaur Telegram Group moving forward.

Before this, he was mostly handling corporate communications and business development but we’ve shifted the focus more towards community building

Question: sounds like a good time to be launching the marketing/community outreach programs

Sean: Hahah yeah, we’ve also been trying to ramp up the marketing efforts and getting more coverage for Centaur these past few weeks.

Question: I take it no additional news on a L2 decision?

Sean: Right so for this, there is progress but I can’t disclose it at this time. We’re at the stage where we are walking through the onboarding process on testnet but I don’t think we would be disclosing the L2 platform just in case it doesn’t work out.

Question: So will you be starting on the economics audit now?

Sean: It’s already ongoing since last week!

Question: People seem to be dumping it [$whey] instead of farming and accumulating. is there a cap on the supply? will farming end at some point?

Sean: The emission schedule is fixed and decreases every month. Yes there is a cap on the supply

We’ve also got the bridge for the mainnet, which links to delegation (staking), CeFi integrations, and L2 deployment for the swap.

Question: any ETA for this?

Sean: No ETA at this time. we’ve got one direction pretty much figured out (ETH -> Mainnet) but the reverse is still being worked on

Question: You run your own chain?

Sean: Yeap the mainnet is already live

Question:hi. quick question — is there any staking currently available for CNTR?

Sean: We’ve got the CNTR UNI-V2 LP Staking on Centaur Swap

Question: Anyone is qualified to run a node? And can we set up one now or still need to wait?

Sean: For the validators, you’ll need to be familiar with general node operations as you’ll be taking part in block production for the mainnet. If you’re keen please drop me a pm and I can send over the onboarding docs
